Priesthood Sunday

Please click here for a letter from Bishop Choby.  Envelopes will be available in the church on Priesthood Sunday, October 29-30, in support of vocations in our Diocese.   For years now we have heard about the need for vocations in the Catholic Church.  Many pastors will be reaching retirement age, so we will need someone to continue their service in our parishes.  Thanks to your prayers and a strong vocations program in the Diocese of Nashville, we have ordained many new priests over the past few years.  Now we have 27 seminarians who are preparing to be our future Diocesan priests.  To help support the cost of their education, we are inviting parishioners to participate in this collection on Priesthood Sunday.  Please give generously and pray for vocations to the priesthood.
