How to pair wine with food is a topic that always comes up at our tastings. So we've gotten the sommelier from one of Nashville's best restaurants to come and tell us how it's done. Sam Stoppelmoor of Union Common will share some of the secrets of how to pair the right wine with what's on the plate. It's more than just "white with fish" and "red with meat." This will be a very special tasting with food samplings prepared specifically for certain wines. The tasting is Thursday, June 16, 6:30 to 8:00.
