After the death of George Floyd while in the custody of Minneapolis police officers, parishioners at Christ the King Church in Nashville joined the national discussion about racism in the United States. Those discussions have led to the parish’s Anti-Racism Initiative that includes new discussions on the topic beginning in October.

Mass for Seniors and those with health concerns will continue to be held in the parking lot in October. Those attending will remain in their car. Dates are Saturday, 10-17 and 10-24. Mass will begin at 4:00 pm to take advantage of remaining daylight.

We will sell Singing Rooster coffee this weekend, Sep. 19 and 20, after all Masses in the circle drive on the north side of the church. Coffee may be purchased in advance. See our Haitian Cofffee Project page for ordering in advance.
