An Easy Way to Improve Your Health
The students in this class are introduced to a number of Chinese Chi Kung exercises. These slow and repetitive exercises will improve your flexibility, balance and overall health. They will also reduce your stress level, lower your blood pressure, and reduce pain, stiffness and fatigue. In addition, they may relieve the symptoms of fibromyalgia, arthritis and back pain.
